Meet the Principal

Dear Elementary North Families,

Welcome to another exciting school year!

I am honored to serve as the Principal of Hawthorn Elementary North. Although this is my first year in this role, I have been part of the Hawthorn District 73 family for eighteen years, previously working as the Building Assistant Supervisor. It is a true pleasure to work alongside such dedicated staff to support the individual needs of all students. At Elementary North, we are committed to the success of every student and believe in the importance of Learning For All. Every One. Every Day.

Being a Hawthorn Eagle is especially meaningful to me as a community member and parent. My husband teaches at Townline Elementary School, and our three children attend Hawthorn School of Dual Language. I believe in fostering a strong partnership between the school, families, and the community. Open communication and collaboration are paramount, and I look forward to working with all of you to ensure your children achieve their goals and continue their love of learning.
